Why we exist

Building agents is now the easy part. A set of written instructions is not a good agent. Agents become good in use, when they are tested, measured and improved on real work.

So we release in about ten days, then spend a month testing, measuring and tuning on real work.

From a real process to a system in daily use

  1. Decide. We start with your process and the problem worth solving. Together we decide what the system does, what outputs it produces and who approves what.

  2. Build. We build it stage by stage, with checks and approvals in place from the first day, and from Q1 2027 on our Agentic System Builder.

  3. Run. The system runs in your own environment. In the first month we measure and tune it on real work. Your people make the decisions, and every decision leaves a record.

  1. Listen. We start by listening to the people who do the work, through structured interviews and citizen and stakeholder dialogues. Together we decide where AI helps your work, and where it does not.

  2. Build together. We shape the solution with you in co-design workshops, and build it with your team, to the same standard as our commercial work. Your people make the decisions at every step.

  3. Own and share. You own the result, and we train your educators and practitioners to run it and build on it. When a project is funded, we publish the results and an open toolkit others can reuse.
