The company
nth Ventures is a Prague company, founded in 2026. We build agentic systems with real impact for organizations: outcome-focused, observable and scalable, made with agents, machinery and people working together. Two products are on the way: our Agentic System Builder in Q1 2027 and our Agentic Product Discovery in Q2 2027.
We are also glad to support civil society organizations. Through our civil society practice, we help them adopt AI and agentic ways of working.
A hybrid organization
nth Ventures is a hybrid organization of people and AI agents. We work out the best combination of the two in our own company first, and bring what works into the systems we build for others.

Founder
Igor Tadic
Igor Tadic has led and supervised the launch of more than 60 ventures, B2C and B2B, from discovery through scale. He has defined, tested and overseen more than 200 digital products, working each one to product-market fit across 12+ markets on three continents. For more than a decade he has advised product leaders at startups, scale-ups and enterprises in Europe and the U.S. on new products, venture building and new business models.
For the past two years, Igor has focused on AI in product work. He applies it to the way products are made: how they are discovered, built and scaled. nth Ventures is the result: a team of people and AI agents, with one product for discovery and one for building agentic systems. His test has not changed. A product proves itself on the market, with real users.
